FATGBEMS NIGERIA LIMITED
- The Fatgbems brand came into existence in January 22nd 1986, with Fatgbems Nigeria Limited was established to cater for the growing demand of tyre business due to the tremendous growth in the automobile industry worldwide. Through constant driving force, commitment, dedication & hard work of our management team, today we have grown to be the leading brand in Nigeria. The brand was as at 2009 the top distributor of Michelin tyres in Nigeria, which was while it was honoured at the UBA annual general meeting of 2009, as one of its most valued customer.
Having being a major player in this industry for over 3 decades, the brand initiated a partnership with a U.K brand (Tradesetters) in launching a premium class product "Torque Tyres" into the market, thus becoming its sole distributor in Nigeria.
Our latest innovation in developing the industry is our diversification into the Agricultural industry, with a mission of growing a rubber plantation tailored towards the production of Nigeria made tyres for the local consumption and for exportation within the African region.
FATGBEMS PETROLEUM COMPANY LIMITED
- Fatgbems Petroleum Company Limited is a member of Fatgbems Group of companies, incorporated as an independent petroleum marketing company under the late founder and first Chairman Alhaji Fatai Gbemisola in November 1994. It began business a few years later with the pioneer fuel service station in Ejigbo, outskirt of Lagos in 2006. It rapidly expanded with the establishment of several other service stations in other parts of the metropolis and states of the federation.
STORAGE TERMINAL
- Today, Fatgbems Petroleum has grown to become one of the leading independent petroleum marketing company in the Nigerian downstream Oil and Gas sector and in sub-Sahara Africa. We are present in several states across Nigeria, delivering service satisfaction and value to our customers.
With 30 million litres storage facility in Kirikiri, Apapa, Lagos, multi billion naira facility ensures constant and efficient distribution/marketing of petroleum products for the local market. The facility possess a functional loading gantry which currently runs on the FMC (USA) Accuload III meter and capable of dispensing 33,000 litres of product in 15 minutes. This guarantees the trucking out of about 3 million litres of product on a daily basis and thus supports our promise of value per excellence. - As part of our commitment to delivering a world class service to our esteemed customers coupled with relative emphasis on health and safety environment (HSE), the company has a truck holding bay capable of warehousing up to 100 trucks at a time. This does not only ensure free flow of traffic associated with the trucking out operations, it helps with other visible constraints. Our fire fighting system is equipped with experienced personnel, machineries/tools such as Modern Fire Truck, Mobile foam units, Mechanical/Electric Fire Pump Sprinkler system, Pump, Personal Protective Equipments etc.
